"Oceanside Townhome: Pool, Beach & Vistas!"

This modern 3-story getaway in Kitty Hawk’s Sea Dunes community (Mile Post 4.5) offers 2BR/2.5BA, direct beach access, and expansive ocean vistas from two decks! Master suite w/ private deck, open-concept top-floor living area with kitchen, and resort perks: pool, hot tub, tennis, basketball, racquetball, exercise center & clubhouse. Contactless check-in, parking for 2-3 cars. Steps to top eateries & OBX adventures—host on standby for tips!

Bed linens and bath towels are supplied for your stay. Beach towels are not included.

A variety of beach chairs and toys are supplied for guests to appreciate. The garage includes an outdoor shower, ideal for rinsing sand away after a day at the shore. Additionally, the laundry appliances (washer and dryer) are located in the garage.

The second floor contains two thoughtfully arranged bedrooms:

- The first bedroom features a king bed, an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub, and a private balcony.
- The second bedroom offers two twin beds, an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub.
- Both rooms include generous closets and T.V.s.

Ascending to the third floor reveals an open-concept living area with a lounge space and entertainment setup, a dining area accommodating six guests, and a sizable kitchen equipped with modern appliances, including an island with two bar stools. This level also features a deck showcasing expansive ocean vistas, complete with outdoor lounge seating and an alfresco dining area."

Guests have full access to the home, with the exception of one locked owner's closet.

Please note that this is a townhome with 3 floors, so there are rather a few stairs. This may not be ideal for modest kids or elderly individuals who are not mobile.

About the Area

Kitty Hawk is home to this vacation home. Glazin' Go-Nuts and Wright Brothers National Memorial are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include Monument to a Century of Flight and Roanoke Marshes Lighthouse. Children at Play Museum and Paradise Fun Park are also worth visiting.
