Update for 2025: Kitchen remodel - photos coming this Spring! The Blue Pelican is a freshly remodeled semi-oceanfront townhome located in the Sea Dunes community. Located right across from the beach, Sea Dunes is just steps away from the shining Atlantic Ocean. Spend the entire day on the beach or conveniently transition back and forth from the community pool. Guests will also have access to tennis, pickleball and basketball courts. Inside the clubhouse, you'll find a racquetball/walleyball court, game tables and even an exercise room. This two-bedroom unit is ideal for couples or modest families looking for convenient access to the beach and on-site amenities. Family Animals are welcome, so your furry companions can join you on the dog-friendly beaches of Kitty Hawk. Recent updates include all new paint, furnishings and LVP floor throughout - ideal for sandy feet and paws. Savor an unobstructed ocean view and around-the-clock sun on the southeast-facing deck off the top-level living area. Downstairs, a second deck is located off the primary bedroom. Imagine waking up and opening your door to the sound of the waves and a salty ocean breeze. Both bedrooms include king beds and ensuite baths for plenty of space and privacy. Grab lunch or dinner (or both!) at Black Pelican Oceanfront Restaurant, just a three-min. walk away. Other close by eateries include Hurricane Mo's, Longboards Island Grille, Barefoot Bernie's and Stack'em High Pancakes. Can’t stay an entire week? The Blue Pelican is available for short stays and offers flexible arrival/departure options for those who like to plan ahead.
