Entire first floor apartment 1000 square ft. (Owners live on 2nd floor with Roman a Newfoundland dog). Very private space and both owners and renters have their own entry. Fun spot full of amenities: washer/dryer/kitchen/dining area, 1 queen bed in separate private bedroom. Bunk beds with twin on the top and full sized bottom bed. Enormous Flat screen TV in main living area and 2nd TV in Bedroom. Private pool, sizable grassy yard, under home recreation area with gas grille/ping pong table/corn horn/picnic table/outdoor shower/hammock/beach chairs/umbrella. Semi-Private beautiful Southern Shores beach is 2 1/2 blocks away. Distance to the beach is an simple walk or complimentary parking pass is supplied. There is 1 additional unit on opposite side of property rented to a local couple. Usage of amenities are for owners and seasonal guests. Additionally, our dog is never outside alone. He is always with the Owner.
