This is the one you've been waiting for! We've been renovating our striking waterfront home for your Outer Banks vacation. The Bayside Boathouse has a new dock with step down platform, new interior paint, new floor, new beds, new furnishings, new linens, new fixtures, new artwork, & new decor just for you. The only thing old about our home is its appeal! Tucked away in Kitty Hawk, we are close to the beach, have a private boat ramp 1 mile away & are just a couple of miles from Kitty Hawk Woods Reserve. Everything you could need right around the corner!
Bayside Boathouse is a gorgeously constructed 2 bedroom, 2 bath waterfront sanctuary from your daily stresses. From the front entry, you can enter the right side of the home where you will find the Captain's Quarters with a queen bed, a full bath with handheld showerhead & a sunroom with vistas that will encourage you to waste the day away with a great book! This section of the home has a pocket door for added privacy if you have two groups in your event. To the left when you enter is a cavernous living area with sliders that lead to the enormous deck on the water side. Through the living area is a enormous kitchen, with the Mermaid's Quarters to the right. This king bedroom is broad, with plenty of closet space & a full bath with shower & handheld showerhead.
We are tucked away in a peaceful cul-de-sac & surrounded by bicycle & walking paths. Bring your boat, Ivy Street boat launch is a mile from our home. The boat launch doubles as the ideal sunset spot, too! The deep water in the canal fronting our property leads straight to Kitty Hawk Bay. Dock your boat at the home and take it out every day. Part of ensuring the same experience for everybody relies on our housekeepers, inspection personnel, & maintenance repair personnel being able maintain the home in tip top shape for you & your family in-between renters. When you arrive at our home, please notify us right away if you find anything to be not working properly. This helps us be able to address it in a timely manner. Our partners do a amazing job of making sure everything is done during a very short window. Check-out time is 10 am and departure instructions are in your welcome e-mail & also located on the refrigerator. Check-in time is set for 4 pm to allow them the time they need to prepare the home for your arrival.
We understand that there are times when you may need an early check-in time. We are happy to offer guaranteed early check-in if you have confirmed & paid for this additional service 2 weeks prior to arrival. This payment accepts us to compensate our home staff for prioritizing our home for your early arrival at 1 pm. As a courtesy to our service vendors, we ask that you please do not park at the home, drop off personal items, or ask our vendors if the home is ready yet so they are able to focus on getting the home ready for you. About the Area
Located in Kitty Hawk, this vacation home is in a rural area and on the waterfront. Glazin' Go-Nuts and Wright Brothers National Memorial are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include Monument to a Century of Flight and Fort Raleigh National Historic Site.
