Ground Level: Outside you will find an open air courtyard/ patio with brick walls for privacy with outdoor seating and a gas grille. Outside your gate is a enormous green space (common area) ideal for yard games! Inside you'll find the great room with flat-screen TV, wood-burning fireplace and patio access. Recently refreshed kitchen, dining table seating 6, half bath and laundry area with washer and dryer.

Top Level: King Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV and freshly updated private bathroom and a Master Bedroom with Queen Bed, Bunk Set, flat-screen TV, private deck and private bathroom.

Extras: 3 flat-screen TVs, high speed internet, wood-burning fireplace, patio, gas grille, high chair, pack-n-play, Keurig, washer/dryer, linens and towels included and parking for 2 cars. 2 Pool Passes available for a $50 Cash deposit to gain access to the Community Pool (refunded when returned). Linens and towels supplied at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are supplied. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

This property does not offer beach chairs or an outside shower.
