Two bedroom 2.5 bath three story townhouse with handsome Ocean Vistas. Decks off of master bedroom and main living area. Painless 50 yard walk to public beach access as well as two separate private beach accesses. Extra shower in garage for after the beach. Workout area in garage available for use. Pool, hot tub, club home access also available with rental during season. Appreciate music, help with local eateries, and other fun features with Google Home Minis on the main level and garage.
Access:
You will have access to clubhouse, pool, hot tube, and tennis court. There are two private beach accesses as well as a public beach. That’s three simple access points to the beach.

Sea Dunes has what it takes to make your vacation memorable. We have a full-time in season staff on site to answer questions and assist with club home activities in order for you and your family to have a worry-complimentary vacation.
Sea Dunes amenities include pool, hot tub, tennis courts and basketball court - all located outside at the clubhouse. Inside you ll find a racquet ball/walley ball court, game tables - including a pool table and air hockey, and an exercise room.

Mark’s place was ideal for a weekend hideaway to the beach for Christmas. The location couldn’t have been better and we adored watching the moon rise and sunrise from the living room! I would definitely stay here for my next trip to Kitty Hawk.

Great location! Simple access to the beach (very short walk across the street) and some good eateries within walking distance. The space was a ideal size for our family—two adults and two teenagers. Very comfortable!

We had an striking stay at The Sandy Edge!!! Mark was a great host and super responsive from the time we were searching for a place until checkout. Our family of four was very comfortable and appreciative of the multi-level space. The garage was very useful for beach storage and had numerous things available for use including chairs and fishing gear. Bedrooms were cavernous and comfortable and the shaded deck off the "master" bedroom was ideal for a break from the sun while still having an ocean view. Mark also did a great job with some remodeling of the open-space upper level! Location was also a big plus, as you are literally a 2-min. walk to the beach access. You won't be disappointed with The Sandy Edge. Thanks again, Mark!!!

The property was just as advertised and the view from the kitchen and balcony was better than anticipated! The kitchen was entirely equipped when we decided to prepare a meal. The stairs helped to “burn off” those vacay calories. There were plenty of amenities and the garage was great when it rained to hang out! We will definitely stay here again in the future. We had a question about the locks and mark was fast to respond and help us out.

This was a great place to stay! Ideal location just a few steps to the beach. We appreciated the garage with all of the fishing gear, beach chairs, etc. It was in ideal location and walking distance to eateries. Highly recommend!

We definitely appreciated the location and the deck in the evenings. It was also very convenient to hose off our beach things and set them in the garage at the end of the day. Access to a washer/dryer was a plus. Mark’s place has every convenience needed for a marvelous beach weekend. We were very happy with our stay for the price.

Mark's place was fantastic! It was about as close as you can get to the beach. The club home was a big hit with us. Played racquetball every day. He had garage full of beach stuff. Beach chairs, corn hole, skim boards, body boards and many other things that made our stay so fun. The best was the 4 bicycles that we rode every evening. The place was clean. Mark responded quickly when I had any questions. Over all an splendid place to vacation. One more thing, there is a restaurant, The Black Pelican, that is right beside Mark's place and is a great place to eat.

I spent 3 nights with my husband, DIL and 2 grands this week. The condo/townhouse was very well outfitted. The photos are accurate. Cozy couches and chairs. Flat screen TVs with Netflix. Very well equipped kitchen. A short block to ocean with public access (and pretty, life guarded beach). We went North one day to Corolla and south one day to Hatteras and played on "our" beach. If you want to discover OBX this is a great location "in the middle." Very close to tons of eateries. Mark was very quick to reply to questions. Had an electronic access code which made checking in absolutely painless. Nice deck with view of ocean. Garage has beach chairs, shower, washer and dryer etc. Great stay!

There’s a impressive view of the ocean from the balcony. The beach is just a short walk away making it painless to go for the afternoon or the day. The shower in the garage was nice to rinse off in after taking a dip in the pool as well. I really liked the living area because everybody could be together no matter if they were cooking, playing uno on the table, watching tv, or out on the balcony. I had a great trip staying at Mark’s place.
About the Area
Located in Kitty Hawk, this vacation home is near the beach. Wright Brothers National Memorial and Glazin' Go-Nuts are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include Monument to a Century of Flight and Roanoke Marshes Lighthouse. Children at Play Museum and Paradise Fun Park are also worth visiting.
