A carport beneath the home and elevator access to all 3-levels makes loading and unloading your bags a breeze. Outside, a fenced-in yard contains a 16'x16' square concrete pool for your family to savor a fun game of “Marco Polo!” To relax, take a dip in the bubbly Hot Tub.

Inside, the ground-level features a humongous game room where your family will appreciate playing a round of billiards at the pool table. A modest kitchenette with full-sized refrigerator is the ideal place to prepare pool-side snacks. Unwind in a nice-sized Queen Bedroom with TV/Cable. A full-size bathroom is accessible from the hall and a media room off the game room with Couch Bed and TV completes the level.
