Located in the heart of Duck, you will be just mins. from the beach, sound and downtown stores and eateries As part of the Schooner Ridge community, you will have access to a private beach (<5 min. walk), a gorgeous oceanfront community pool, tennis & racquetball courts, exercise center, indoor pool (open year-round), and game room.

The Space:
Located in the beautiful town of Duck, NC, this charming 6-bedroom, 5-bath getaway invites you to experience coastal living at its best.

Starting at the top level, your family will adore calming on the sectional to catch up on movies or TV shows after a day in the sun. The open and cavernous living area blends seamlessly into the dining area and dining table, with room for your family to eat together. The entirely outfitted kitchen is also off of the dining area, with refreshed appliances and barstools to keep the chef company while they prepare. There's also a separated ship's watch just a step above the dining area where you can comfortable up with a book and savor the sunlight. A master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom rounds out this level.

Head downstairs to the mid level for your own personal getaway. 3 bedrooms await on this floor, each with their own appeal and convenience.

Down one more level and you will find the game room. This is ideal for more competitive family members who appreciate a friendly game or two after dinner. There is also a bedroom, full bath, and full laundry w/ washer and dryer for your convenience on this floor.

This property provides countless opportunities to soak up some Carolina sunshine. The top level enclosed sun room is surrounded by windows and has cozy seats, and the deck access right there. You can dine al fresco or relax into a sun lounger. The mid level wrap around deck offers a hot tub for you enjoy in the evenings. There's also a variety of deck seating, swings, and lounge chairs on each level. The outdoor amenities are complete with a private basketball court, to be used for a game of Horse or as additional parking.
