This roomy home is the ideal beach vacation home with a wide-open floor plan. There are three decks, a private pool/hot tub, four master suites, Rec room with pool table and foosball, wide staircases with landings between each level, a full-size laundry room, open kitchen/dining room/family room.

This calming home also offers ocean vistas from the top deck. You'll find books, puzzles, and games for all ages, Wi-Fi, Spectrum cable on all 8 TVs, AND it's only a 4-min. walk to public beach access.

You'll adore every little detail of this home including the local artwork, motion sensor nightlights, suitcases racks in each bedroom, wet/dry hand vac in kitchen/dining area, desk with chair in 2nd level King, black out curtains in 2nd level bedrooms with deck access, walkway to pool/outside shower, coat rack at entry, towel hooks by pool, and front solar lights for those late-nighttime arrivals.

Other close by attractions include Avalon Pier only 1.5 miles away and across the street is the famed Awful Arthur's Oyster Bar. Only 2 miles to the R/C Kill Devil Hills Movies 10.
