The Saltaire Estate was constructed a few years ago to look and feel just like a true Carolina Classic and the biggest home in Duck! This impressive mansion sleeps 14-16, and has an marvelous location. The landscaping and trees are so natural that you feel like you are on a handsome countryside estate. Private pool and hot tub are included in your stay and a 4-person elevator can take you to all three floors to access this striking 7206 sq. foot property.

Included with full week rental - Seasonal Cabana Services: Service dates for the 2024 season are 5/17 to 9/20.
This home receives beachside cabana and beach chair set-up services during your stay. Service includes one 10 x 10 cabana tent and 6 beach chairs. Set-up hours are 10AM to 5 PM daily, (except check in/out day). Weather permitting. This service is not available for partial-week stays and is subject to local ordinances.

Additional beach chairs, umbrellas, kayaks and coolers come with your rental.

Less drive and more play!
All our units in Outer Banks have 6 bedrooms and do a Friday-to-Friday changeover day during prime season. Friday changeovers save you at least 5 hours in traffic each way. The entire island (500,000+) turns over on Sat & Sun. We are semi-flexible if you aren’t doing a full week if you start or end on a Friday.
Off season we are flexible on any dates.
