This elegant Victorian Mansion sits on a gorgeously landscaped enormous corner property in the heart of the cozy Duck Village, right across the boardwalk with stores and eateries, and next to the Duck Deli restaurant. The Saltaire Estate was constructed a few years ago to look and feel just like a true Carolina Classic and the biggest home in Duck! This handsome mansion sleeps 14-16, and has an fantastic location. The landscaping and trees are so natural that you feel like you are on a alluring countryside estate. Private pool and hot tub are included in your stay and a 4-person elevator can take you to all three floors to access this grand 7206 sq. foot property.

All our units in Outer Banks have 6 bedrooms and do a Friday-to-Friday changeover day during prime season. Friday changeovers save you at least 5 hours in traffic each way. The entire island (500,000+) turns over on Sat & Sun. We are semi-flexible if you aren’t doing a full week if you start or end on a Friday.
Off season we are flexible on any dates.

All 3 homes do a FRIDAY-to-FRIDAY during prime season, and we are flexible on dates off season.
