Located just one-tenth of a mile away from the nearest public beach access, you will appreciate ocean vistas and a short 3-min. walk to the beach.

To make loading and unloading simple, savor a carport and access to an elevator that takes you to each level of the home. Your family will appreciate splashing around in the 16'x16' square concrete pool or taking a dip in the hot tub that is contained in a giant fenced-in yard area.
