You'll have a great time at this comfortable place to stay to accommodate up to six guests! The Nantucket Village soundfront community amenities include an indoor heated pool, tennis/pickleball courts, boat ramp for modest watercraft, pier with gazebo and sandy beach. Conveniently located near the Southern Shores line and a short walk or bicycle ride to the central Town of Duck!

Enter at ground level with no steps to contend with!
This condo is located in the building that is directly next to the association indoor pool! As you enter the unit you are at ground level where two bedrooms and two full bathrooms are located (one master with attached bathroom and the other a hall bathroom). Walk up stairs to main level where living room, dining, well supplied kitchen, additional bedroom, laundry room, and half bath are all located.
Slider door to take you outside to west facing deck from top level main living area and the lower level master bedroom!
