We rent weekly, FRIDAY TO FRIDAY, starting on the Friday of Memorial Day weekend and during Memorial Day week through Labor Day weekend and Labor Day week. Prices dramatically drop after Labor Day and the minimum stay is reduced to 3 days and the Friday to Friday, 7 day minimum requirement is no longer in effect after Labor Day until Memorial Day of the following year.
Perfectly located semi-ocean front vacation home, only 250 feet from beach observation deck and crossover. This home is set up with amenities for families and is a single level with no steps to climb. Home sleeps a total of 6 people, two in master bedroom with king bed, two in a second bedroom with queen bed, and two in a twin bunk bed with double trundle bed. Master bedroom has a private full bath and an additional full bath is located off the main hallway. DirectTV is supplied with premium stations including HBO, Cinemax, and Starz as well as local stations. Televisions are located in two bedrooms, and in the living room. The living room TV is a Intelligent TV and provides for streaming. Internet and WiFi service are also supplied. Kitchen is completely equipped with pots and pans, silverware, dishes, flatware, modest appliances, dish washer, refrigerator w/ ice maker, and electric stove. The dining table seats eight and the kitchen counter seats an additional four people. A charcoal grille is included for outside cooking. Back porch has ample seating and is screened. There is an enclosed garage and an outside shower.
Check-In time is 4:00 PM on the Friday of arrival. Check-Out time is 10:00 AM on the Friday of departure. GUESTS MUST SUPPLY THEIR OWN LINENS AND TOWELS. Several rental companies in the area will rent linens and towels. Owner will e-mail guests the security code for the front door's electronic lock one week before arrival.
