WOW! What a value for a beach home with an ELEVATOR, Private Pool, Hot Tub, Tiki Bar and accepts dogs! At the home, it's heaven! Besides the pool and hot tub, there is a horseshoe pit and a basketball court in the backyard for your enjoyment. On the ground-level, you have a rec room for sports and game lovers with 2 HDTVs, foosball, and arcade games. The fenced yard gives Fido more freedom. When the home is full of the family he can appreciate a peaceful moment in the yard. You will spend most of your time at the beach or by the pool on the deck and at the tiki bar for drinks and snacks.

This family-fun property is located in Kitty Hawk in a community west of the bypass on tall dunes called Sea Scape. “Our Happy Place” is located on top of one of those dunes and has expansive horizontal vistas of the Atlantic Ocean from the great room and top deck! Sea Scape is largely a year-round neighborhood with peaceful streets for walking or cycling with the kids. You are at the north end very close to eateries and groceries. Kitty Hawk has complimentary parking at each beach access, so you have your choice of where to savor your day on the beach!

Animals are not allowed in pools under any circumstances. An additional fee will be charged to the leaseholder for the chemical balance, cleaning, or damage that would cause the replacement of a vinyl pool liner. Hot tubs are available year-round.
All Outer Banks Blue properties provide bed linens and bath towels for a modest fee added to every reservation. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant. We provide 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per bathroom sink. We also provide kitchen towels. Beds are made prior to your arrival, and we provide a starter supply of toilet paper, bathroom soap, paper towels, and dishwasher detergent.
