Welcome to this newly remodeled beach home with all the amenities needed for a great stay at the beach!
The home has an awe-inspiring floor plan with an open kitchen, living and dining room in the middle. The kitchen is well supplied with everything needed to prepare a delicious meal, a sizable island with seating, a pantry cabinet to fit all of your groceries, and a huge 36" refrigerator. Everything in the kitchen in labeled to make cooking a breeze! Each side of the home contains two bedrooms and a full bathroom. The beds are new comfortable gel cooling, memory foam beds with 100% cotton sheets. The outside space is just as comfortable as the inside space! Savor ocean view from the sizable deck that wraps around 3 sides of the home! The huge screened in porch is ideal for calming or eating outdoors! The outdoor space also contains a new Hot Tub or hammock and swing for relaxing! No need to go too far for a drink or snack as there is a full refrigerator/freezer in the downstairs guest amenities closet. A large outdoor shower with two shower heads is ideal for after the beach, before/after the hot tub, or just your everyday vacation shower! The driveway contains enough space to comfortable park 4-6 cars. The guest amenities closet is filled with beach chairs, a beach wagon, sand toys, bicycles, corn hole, and bocce ball for you to savor.
