Oceanfront home featuring 500 square foot Oceanfront deck!
Unique layout-Upper level features 3 bedrooms 2 and ½ baths. Ground level area features 1 bedroom with only 3 steps to enter. Ground level also features ½ bath and 2 enclosed outdoor showers. Please note there is a separate outside entrance from Ground level to Upper level.
Upper level features a Gourmet kitchen with 3 ovens and plenty of work space. Living area offers a separate wet bar area with sink along with a huge picture window overlooking the ocean and beach. Just off the kitchen is the dining area with plenty of seating.
There is a ½ bath down the hallway along with a full size Washer and Dryer. Just off the hallway is Bedroom #1 with a Queen bed and access to a Private Bathroom. Bedroom #2 will have a Pyramid Bunk (Double on the bottom, Trundle underneath. Bedroom #3 is the Master Bedroom and is located on the Oceanside of the home. It offers a King bed and has a Master Bath with a full sized Jacuzzi whirlpool tub.
Bedroom #4 is located on the Ground Level and has a Queen bed, vanity/sink, microwave, coffee pot and mini refrigerator.
All bedrooms have ceiling fans 2 fans in living/dining area. Appreciate plenty of beach 200 feet of private access. NO SMOKING, Sleeps 10. The turnover day for this home is Saturday. Guest must bring their own bed linen, towels, paper and soap products. Beds all have bed pads, pillows and bed covering. Pet fee is per dog if you have two dogs there is an additional pet fee of $250
