Since you can simply walk to the ocean in just 2-mins., it's simple to work on that tan and keep your fishing lines tight during your entire vacation!

There is plenty of parking in the driveway and under the Covered Carport and an EV charger to keep you on the go. In the backyard, go for a morning swim in your Private Pool* and after a long day of playing in the sun, relax with an evening dip in the bubbly Hot Tub. Inside, a huge Game Room features a pool table, kitchenette with a full-sized refrigerator, and elevator access. A Media Room off the Game Room with a TV provides a peaceful place to kick back in front of a favorite movie.
