Just four blocks from beach access at the 3.5 milepost, Our Happy Place rests on top of a peaceful hill in Kitty Hawk. Just a short drive over the bridge will take you there!
Located close to terrific local eateries and the Kitty Hawk Woods Coastal Reserve, and only a mile or two from movies, putt-putt, local spas and exercise, grocery stores, you’ll feel right in the middle of everything!
The home features tons of natural light in the 3rd floor family room and a big corner lot with plenty of yard for games like volleyball and cornhole (boards and bags included.)
