About this space
Unwind with family, friends, or coworkers. A cavernous layout with various indoor and outdoor areas to getaway to! Tucked away on a peaceful street in Southern Shores yet close to eateries, groceries, stores, bicycle/walking paths, beaches etc. Simple access to Duck/Kitty Hawk as well! Home comes with your own private beach & sound parking passes! Saltwater Pool and Hot Tub are open from May 1st -Oct 1st. A short 6-10 min. walk to beach or beach access parking pass supplied.
The space
The top floor is bright and open with enormous outdoor deck with ocean vistas, family room, open kitchen to dining area concept with breakfast bar. A master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, also a half bath on top floor. The mid level features tiled hallway and main entry. A second master bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Two additional bedrooms with Jack and Jill bath. Along with a second huge deck facing the ocean. Lower level includes a tiled dry entry and laundry area. The private pool is salt water. A half bath is located in the pool fence area. Outside shower and roomy covered carport, gas grille and hot tub. Community nature paths and beach accesses. Bed linens and bath towels supplied.
