About this space
Unwind with family, friends, or coworkers. A roomy layout with various indoor and outdoor areas to getaway to! Tucked away on a peaceful street in Southern Shores yet close to eateries, groceries, stores, bicycle/walking paths, beaches etc. Painless access to Duck/Kitty Hawk as well! Home comes with your own private beach & sound parking passes! Saltwater Pool and Hot Tub are open from May 1st -Oct 1st. A short 6-10 min. walk to beach or beach access parking pass supplied.
The space
The top floor is bright and open with sizable outdoor deck with ocean vistas, family room, open kitchen to dining area concept with breakfast bar. A master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, also a half bath on top floor. The mid level features tiled hallway and main entry. A second master bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Two additional bedrooms with Jack and Jill bath. Along with a second enormous deck facing the ocean. Lower level includes a tiled dry entry and laundry area. The private pool is salt water. A half bath is located in the pool fence area. Outside shower and cavernous covered carport, gas grille and hot tub. Community nature paths and beach accesses. Bed linens and bath towels supplied.
Guest access
Access to all spaces on property with the exception of the locked owners closets. Parking pass supplied for beach access. (100.00 replacement fee if not returned)

Outdoor security camera located in the driveway area.
No more than 4 cars on property during stay.
This home has been a successful OBX rental in prior years.
The home accommodates 8 guest, additional guest are 50.00 per person/per nighttime.
