Summary:
This home features an broad great room, with Living room, Dining room, and entirely supplied kitchen on the open second level which affords dramatic vistas. The separate lookout area on the raised third level makes the ideal spot for game time, complete with table and chairs. All the bedrooms, King Master suite, Quite Suite, and two Twin bedrooms are located on the lower first level. This leaves the entire second level above for calming and entertaining. Appreciate extensive outdoor living on the decks and screened porch. The home is completely equipped with everything you will need for your vacation, including beach chairs, umbrellas, and towels.

Ships Watch amenities include simple walking distance to either the ocean or the sound. We have a swimming pool, tennis courts and pickleball courts. On the sound, we have a 100-yard pier offering fishing and crabbing opportunities as well as striking sunset vistas. The close by town of Duck offers many modest stores, stores, galleries and eateries.
