Renovated in Spring of 2016. 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and and outdoor shower, sleeps up to 11, in premium linens with 2 king-sized beds, 2 twin xl’s that can be combined into a king, and full- sized over full-sized bunk bed with a twin trundle. All linens is high-quality and comfortable. New floor throughout the home, 32” flat screen TVs in each bedroom, a 55” tv in great room with cable TV, high-speed internet with WiFi. Intelligent DVD player to play your DVD’s or stream Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, YouTube, etc. Reverse floor plan with bedrooms on 2nd level, kitchen/great room on 3rd level. New full-size Whirlpool washer and dryer on 2nd level near bedrooms for convenience. 2 new sun decks spanning the back of the home facing the ocean on both levels, providing plenty of room for catching the sun or shade depending on which you prefer! Totally outfitted kitchen, with newer countertops and a new Whirlpool electric range with plenty of cooking equipment and storage containers. Keurig coffee maker supplied. Sectional couch and dining room chairs are refreshed on the 3rd floor. Great room has handsome vaulted ceiling with vistas through the 2 new sliding glass doors.
