The lower-level outdoor living area is ideal for all-weather use and includes a sectional with seating for 10, a 60" Intelligent TV with cable, wet bar with seating, mini-refrigerator, and dining table for 6. The completely refreshed cabana bath includes ceramic tile floor, bespoke tile and vanity, and a glass shower with dual showerheads. The pool area has ample seating, a dining table for 6, and an broad yard for games and fun. You will spend all your time there when you are not at the beach.
Inside, find a pretty, freshly painted, and updated interior with tasteful appointments. The top floor game room and gathering area has an ocean view and includes a pool table, dry bar ready to stock with ice and drinks, mini-refrigerator, and a living area with a queen sleeper sectional, new Intelligent TV that includes cable and all the apps you need for games and streaming. Private Pools are open from May 2, 2025 until October 12, 2025 and May 1, 2026 until October 11, 2026. Pool heat is not an option for this property. Animals are not allowed in pools under any circumstances. An additional fee will be charged to the leaseholder for the chemical balance, cleaning, or damage that would cause the replacement of a vinyl pool liner. Hot Tubs are available year-round.
All Outer Banks Blue properties provide bed linens and bath towels for a modest fee added to every reservation. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant. We provide 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per bathroom sink. We also provide kitchen towels. Beds are made prior to your arrival, and we provide a starter supply of toilet paper, bathroom soap, paper towels, and dishwasher detergent.
