Located at milepost 3 on the “Beach Road” in Kitty Hawk, this semi-oceanfront 4 bedroom, 2 bath home with private pool and hot tub that welcomes family pets is sure to please! Ocean vistas, fenced in yard, tons of decks – all ready for you to come relax and make some beach memories!
Level 1:
Plenty of off-street parking on both sides at this home. There is an enclosed area under the home, which could be good for dogs or storage! There is an enclosed outdoor shower with floor, and a room that includes the full-size washer and dryer. The roomy back yard is fenced and includes the 14x30 private pool – both the pool and fence are lit for safety at nighttime.
Level 2:
4 bedrooms (each with Queen & Intelligent TV) and 2 full baths (one has a tub/shower and one has a shower only). The hot tub is on the back deck.
