We do not accept reservations from individuals under 25 and stringently prohibit third-event bookings. The person making the reservation must be the one staying at the property.

★ RENTAL AGREEMENT
Per the North Carolina Vacation Rental Act, all guests over 18 must sign a Rental Agreement governing the terms of the stay.

★ TRUST & SAFETY FEE
We do not collect a security deposit. Instead, our company uses a third-event service for short-term rental insurance to ensure that the guest, the home, and its contents are protected during the stay. Please visit the Safely website for more information.

★ CLEANING & SANITIZATION
We value our guests’ health, safety, and well-being. For this reason, we conduct a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.

★ POOL
The pool is available from May 15 to Oct 15 each year.

★ NOT PET FRIENDLY
This home is NOT pet friendly. A $400 fine will occur if you bring a pet without prior authorization.

  • Reserve your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families reserve their Summer rental homes during Thanksgiving and Christmas get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Hosts and Property managers sometimes offer discounts for veterans. Ask your host or property manager if special offers are available for your family before you book.
  • Property management companies often offer their guests an option to add trip insurance protection.
