Located alongside the ocean you'll find this sweet and salty gem, aptly named SugarPops! This enchanting residence showcases a main home and a dual-level detached home with an en suite bedroom, living room, half-bath, and kitchenette. These two spaces are connected by a gorgeous, covered bridge that gracefully arches over the heart of it all - the centerpiece concrete swimming pool with travertine decking. The pool can be heated at fee of $60 per nighttime.

The design of SugarPops exudes a sense of exuberance and originality that is simply unmatched! This property stands as a true embodiment of uniqueness, blending diverse elements from retro eccentricities, bungalow chic coastal flairs, and a touch of clean modern lines. From the distressed wood gracing the floors, staircase railings, and walls to the meticulously handcrafted furnishings and cabinetry, granite countertops, and imported antiqued bronze fixtures - no detail has gone unnoticed.

Spectacular ocean vantage points can be captured throughout both the first and second levels of the home. Whereas, the exposed hand-crafted beams and stainless-steel ductwork showcase the handsome natural lighting carried throughout.

The pool home shows off more playful design inspiration, featuring an en suite bedroom with its own private balcony, and a second living area with a bathroom that features an outdoor shower. The kitchenette has a two-drawer refrigerator and ice maker for fast access from the pool area.

The home's yard is charmingly landscaped and momentarily whisks you away from the reality of being just steps away from the area's beaches. From your stay, you'll be within simple walking distance to the Kitty Hawk Pier, many eateries, and Byrd Street Beach Access.

The private pool is open from May 1st through October 15th. Pool Heat is available upon request at $60 per day. You can contact guest services and add the pool heat to your reservation. Please provide at least 72 Hours advance notice. Pool heat is not available in July and August.
