The open and airy kitchen flows into the living area seamlessly, while the many windows flood the home with Carolina sunshine. 5 bedrooms provide plenty of room for your group to have their own space, and the pool and hot tub are ideal for calming at the end of a beach day. The Space:
Welcome to Makai, your Southern Shores paradise located 1 min from the beach! The top level is gorgeously open, flowing seamlessly through the kitchen, dining area, and living room. The kitchen is modern and outfitted with everything you need to create meals for the whole group. The counter barstools make it painless for casual chitchat and keeping the chef company, or grabbing a fast snack before a beach day. You can wind down with a movie in the living room at the end of the nighttime, before retiring to one of the three bedrooms on this level; a master king with a private full ensuite bath, or one of two queen rooms that share a Jack and Jill full bath.

The lower level features another king bedroom, as well as a bunk room. The full bath ensures convenience for those staying on this floor, and the additional family room provides another TV for those with differing movie tastes, as well as a 4 player gaming system that offers thousands of games. A laundry room with a washer and dryer is available as well.

Upstairs there is a screened in porch with a table where you can appreciate the sunrise and coffee in the shade, or move out onto the open deck to really feel the ocean breeze. If you're seeking shade, there is polywood furnishings in the outdoor living space under the deck. The private pool is the ideal spot to spend the day if you need a break from the sand, while the hot tub offers total relaxation. An outdoor shower and rinsing station is located near the home entrance, to help keep the home comfortably sand complimentary during your stay.

**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**

**Up to two family pets are welcome for a $150 pet fee that will be added to your reservation**

Family Animals are welcome, however, in order to ensure the cleanliness of our property for future guests we will require an additional fee of $150.

High speed Wifi is an luxury that is included at the property but we cannot guarantee functionality for issues that are beyond our control. Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. Unfortunately it is not guaranteed that our solutions will fix the issue and refunds will not be given for Wifi malfunctions.

About the Area

Located in Kitty Hawk, this vacation home is near the beach. Glazin' Go-Nuts and Wright Brothers National Memorial are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Kitty Hawk Pier and Duck Woods Country Club. Nor'Banks Sailing and Children at Play Museum are also worth visiting.
