Appreciate the best of beach living in this newly refreshed home in the heart of the Outer Banks, just a short walk from the ocean in Kitty Hawk. This roomy and well-equipped Beach home has everything you need for an handsome hideaway. The Ocean vistas from the top-level living area are simply amazing! Kick back on the cavernous decks and soak up the ocean breeze, or take a dip in the private pool after a fun day at the beach!

The cleaning fee includes ALL of your bed linens, bath towels, blankets, cleaning supplies, enough paper products to start, beach gear (chairs,trolly, etc) and serviced Pool and Hot Tub.

The cleaning crew will be on site until 4pm. You can use the pool, outdoor games, outdoor shower, and beach access.

When to book a Kitty Hawk rental & When to go:

  • Book your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules often become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families book their Summer rentals during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Summer time is high season in Kitty Hawk. Booking in Fall or Spring is our best tip for saving money on your vacation rental. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of desirable homes.
  • Some property management companies offer discounts for active duty military and veterans. It's always a good idea to check with your property manager to see if discounts are available for your family before you book.
  • Property managers frequently offer their guests an option to buy vacation insurance.
