This cavernous and well-equipped Beach home has everything you need for an magnificant hideaway. The Ocean vistas from the top-level living area are simply spectacular! Kick back on the roomy decks and soak up the ocean breeze, or take a dip in the private pool after a fun day at the beach!

The cleaning crew will be on site until 4pm. You can use the pool, outdoor games, outdoor shower, and beach access.
Please note: If you have allergies or dislike sea grass, humid climates, flowering shrubs, sea mist, sand, rain, wind, sand crabs, surfers, kayakers, bikers, kids having fun, and dogs....then our place may not be a good fit for you. If not, we welcome you to stay at our luxury beach home!

How to get the best rental value:
- Book your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups reserve their Summer rental homes during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
- Summer time is high season in the Kitty Hawk area. To get the best value, consider changing your family's Kitty Hawk trip dates to the Spring or Fall seasons. May, September, and October offer great weather, less crowded beaches, and reduced traffic. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Kitty Hawk vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with loved ones at the beach.
