Welcome to Ocean Breeze, your ideal coastal getaway in the heart of Kitty Hawk on the Outer Banks of North Carolina. This gorgeous 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom vacation home is designed for ultimate comfort and relaxation, offering a seamless blend of modern amenities and classic beachside appeal. The home is charmingly located to capture striking vistas of the Atlantic Ocean, all while being only a block away from the beach, so you will feel the sand under your feet just steps from your door!

Spend evenings on the top level deck, appreciating the ocean breeze and catching the spectacular nighttime sky. The heart of Ocean Breeze is outdoor space, where you can soak up the sun or take a exhilarating dip at your leisure in the outdoor pool (pool heat can be added for an additional fee). The roomy fenced-in yard provides a secure and private space, ideal for families with kids, so fun can be had by all at any time of the day without a worry. As you step into the cavernous interior, you'll be greeted by a light-filled living space furnished with coastal decor, creating an inviting ambiance for your stay. The property offers an elevator for simple access to each floor, ensuring convenience for all guests. With four thoughtfully appointed bedrooms and bathrooms, this vacation home can comfortably accommodate families or modest groups. Beach Access: Located just a short walk drive from the home. Byrd Street beach access is located south of the home and offers a paved parking lot for those who choose to drive. Head south on Lindbergh Avenue until you reach Byrd Street. Cross Virginia Dare Trail at the marked pedestrian cross walk.

With its vistas of the Atlantic Ocean, private elevator, private heated pool, and enormous fenced yard, this Ocean Breeze offers a ideal blend of luxury, and oceanside charm.

All guests must sign and return a rental agreement before reservations are confirmed. Payment for travel insurance, if accepted, will be processed upon receipt of this signed agreement.

Agent recommends all Renters purchase travel insurance offered at time of booking to protect them in the event of an unexpected event affecting their vacation. Agent cannot offer future credits or immediate refunds for unexpected cancellations due to emergencies regardless of the situation, including but not limited to weather events and acts of God, unexpected illnesses, injury or death, changing of plans, or job loss. Please do not ask. All cancellations are subject to a fifty dollar ($50.00) cancellation fee. Cancellations must be submitted to Agent in writing (e-mail is acceptable). In the event of cancellation, no refund of monies paid will be made unless the Property is re-rented for the same price and time period of this original vacation rental agreement. If the Property is re-rented for a lesser price or time period, the original Tenant will receive a refund for the difference between the originally agreed upon rental amount and the rebooked rental amount as Owner is entitled to receive the full amount of the original rental agreement. Agent will make every effort to re-rent the Property at the full amount. Tenant acknowledges that Agent has full discretion on negotiating rental prices in an effort to get the Property re-rented and make the Owner whole, while also attempting to get the Tenant the highest refund possible.

Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of suitable homes. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to book an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable during June, July, and August. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Kitty Hawk vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with loved ones at your favorite beach.
  • Property managers sometimes offer special rates for active duty military and veterans. Make sure to check with your host or property manager to see if rate reductions are available for your group before you book.
  • Booking websites usually offer customers an option to purchase trip insurance.
