BookSmart Properties presents: Hawk Haven! Located only half a block from the sandy shores, the beach is practically at your doorstep. This splendid vacation home is designed to cater to your every need, offering a modern kitchen, open living spaces, and comfortable sleeping quarters for the ultimate beach hideaway. Between the bedrooms, trundle bed in the loft, and murphy bed, this home can sleep up to 10 people!

Guest Access:
Detailed check-in instructions and a unique access code will be supplied prior to arrival. There is an exterior facing camera used for home security and vendor coordination.

**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**

**Up to two family pets are welcome for a $150 pet fee that will be added to your reservation**

High speed Wifi is an amenities that is supplied at the property but we cannot guarantee functionality for issues that are beyond our control. Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. Unfortunately it is not guaranteed that our solutions will fix the issue and refunds will not be given for Wifi malfunctions.

  • Re-check the rental property to make sure that you've packed all of your family's items at departure. Re-check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Inspect the property one final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We recommend walking through with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager is not available, ensure that you take photos and video of the property to record its condition at check-out.
