Savor the extraordinary vistas from the upper level porch as well an extremely short walk to private beach access and 3 homes down from public beach access (Lillian Beach Access). The 1st floor has 3 bedrooms (1st BR: 1 King bed, 2nd BR: 1 Queen Bed, 3rd BR: 2 Full beds), a full bath, and a living area. The top floor includes a 4th bedroom (1 King Bed) and a full bath, the kitchen with bar (seating for 2), a dining room table with seating for 8, and a living room. Intelligent TV's in all 4 BRs and both living rooms. Both levels have porches, with outdoor furnishings. The top porch is a wrap around and is partially covered and partially open for sunbathing. Outdoor dining furnishings is available as well as calming chairs. Plenty of spectacular eateries close by including Hurricane Mo's with arguably the best Happy Hour in the OBX.

This 4 bedroom home is on stilts, no elevator access. Ring Doorbell is installed under the home for security purposes.

Please bring bed sheets and bath linens, toiletries, and paper products. We supply bed top covers (quilts) and pillows. Linens and a variety of beach equipment can be rented via local providers, please ask for references, if interested.

Located in Kitty Hawk, this vacation home is on the beach.
