Its proximity to the heart of Duck accepts for convenient access to local stores, eateries, and attractions, making it an ideal location for those seeking a blend of tranquility and convenience.

☆ Pet-Friendly Accommodations: We welcome dogs only for a fee of $150 per pet, per stay. min. of 3 dogs, each weighing up to 50 lbs. Please note that a pet fee will be applied to cover the cleaning of pet hair. If any waste beyond hair (such as urine or feces) is found, an additional cleaning fee of $200 will be charged. Cleaning up after your pet is your responsibility, and family pets should not be left unattended in the home, as barking may lead to neighbor complaints. No dogs allowed in the pool.

☆ Pool heater: The pool requires a lot of electricity heat, so using this will incur a daily fee of $100 (Plus Tax). This will be billed prior to your arrival if you request it, please note we need at least 4 days to heat the pool and must be booked and paid for, for the duration of your stay. Our pool is closed and covered seasonally from November to March.

☆ Hot Tub: The use of the hot tub is included in your nightly rate, there is no additional charge. Our team will turn the hot tub on prior to your arrival.

☆ Pests: Duck is home to midges, tiny seasonal bugs that are harmless and do not bite, but they can appear in sizable numbers. To keep them out, we recommend keeping doors closed as much as possible and turning off outdoor lights at nighttime, as light attracts them. We regularly treat the area, but they may still be present outdoors. Bug spray is a great idea for enjoying the deck and pool areas. Additionally, snakes from the close by marsh can occasionally be spotted. If you see one on the property, please contact us immediately, and we will arrange for animal control to remove it.

• Loud music, rambunctious events, streets filled with cars parked in front of neighbors homes and driveways are prohibited by County Ordinance and will not be tolerated.
• Primary renter must be 21 years of age, sign a rental agreement and provide a copy of photo ID
• Renters and their guests should park in driveway, street parking is not allowed per the city. Max 5 cars
• Quiet hours between 10p.m. and 10a.m.
• Dogs are to be on leashes whenever they are in unenclosed areas. No dogs allowed in pool. Max 3 dogs
• Exceeding the occupancy limit could result in expulsion from the rental, fines, or both.
• Smoking is not allowed inside, this includes the use of cigarettes, vape and weed. Fines apply.
