So many upgrades for 2023! We have added new LVP floor throughout, new faucets, new living room furnishings, all new kitchen appliances, granite countertops, tons of bedroom furnishings upgrades, new upper level deck, all new solid wood doors/ door trim, new modren ceiling fans, new blinds, new intelligent TV’s throughout, new paint, rebuilt hot tub(new motor, heater, top plate, and cover), and new heating and air system. Much appreciate and attention has been put into this beach home in the 22/23 off season. We also replaced all beds last season and added a refurbished stainless steel front end washer dryer. All customer comments and suggestions have been addressed and mitigated by licensed professional contractors.

Hovey is located RIGHT ON THE BEACH at Mile Post 2.3. Unwind in the private hot tub located on the oceanfront deck at this pet friendly bungalow.

*If you would like to alter the days (example Sunday to Sunday) please inform us in your inquiry so that we can try to accommodate.

* If you have more than 10 people for the booking of the property, there will be an additional fee charged per person of $200 by permission.

We must know the exact number of people and family pets that will be occupying the home during your stay, and it must be stated in your reservation/on the platform, otherwise you will be evicted. There is No Exception to breaching the contract.

WHEN IN COMMUICATION THROUGH THE Vacation Rental By Owner PLATFORM:
The guest stated under the reservation contract is the only person that may respond to any inquiries or payments.
Any person who is not listed under the reservation contract or who's name is not listed for the booking itself must state/sign off their full name on any inquiry through the Vacation Rental By Owner Platform so that there is clear communication of who we are speaking with.

TO CONFIRM RESERVATION:
When Booking the Home: You Must Provide a Copy of Your Driver's License along with the Rental Agreement Signed and Acknowledged by yourself and all guests staying at the home, this includes adults and kids.

Every guest over the age of 18 staying at the home must acknowledge and sign that they have received and abide by the House Rules/Rental Agreement with full legal name, signature, age and date are required.

There is room to comfortably park 4 cars on site. There is additional public parking within 100 yards that is usually full during peak in season beach hours (Mid June through Labor Day 9-6 and warm holiday weekends)
Please Notify Through the Vacation Rental By Owner Platform if you will be driving an electric car/golf cart during your stay. We must permit where the Electric Car/Golf Cart will be accessed.

Linens are ordered and delivered to the home prior to your arrival and will be placed near the front stairs on the ground (shrink wrapped) in a black box. The company will not place linens inside the home , nor take the linens off of the beds, or out of the bathrooms. Upon departure, please place the dirty linens (NOT comforters, bed pads or pillows) inside the black box they are delivered in, and where it was originally placed when delivered. Please do not put the black box on the second floor deck near the front door, it must remain on the ground.

Our home also features a surf cam. You can savor the view anytime at @mydvo.com homepage and we are part of the Surfline.com camera network. The camera faces directly from a high ridge to the Ocean. Your enjoyment and privacy are important. Activity on the deck and property is not visible on the live camera stream. The cams do not record audio.
