The Ship Captains Cottage offers space for all ages, magnificant sunsets, landscaped fenced yard with secluded saltwater pool, gate that opens to your private 125' sound front dock, water access for paddleboarding,kayaking,canoe,windsurfing,crabbing & a sound front bicycle-walk path that connects to a serene shallow, warm water sandy wading beach to savor. And for boaters there is a public boat launch access in town also. Professional style kitchen, granite counters, commercial 4 burner & griddle stove with double oven, enormous island, 48" refrig., and a great walk-in pantry for all your groceries with an additional full size sink and 2nd refrig.and all necessary modest appliances. French doors open to masive screened porch overlooking sound and saltwater pool with gas grille, rocking chairs, lounge chairs and dining table with access to pool area down spiral stairs. Take walk down private peaceful street to enjoy community playground with basket ball hoop and private community pool, local cafe & coffee shop, a Bistro offering live local music, fresh spa, really great book store, highend jewelery store, local hand made organic ice cream, ladies boutique, and more.
