PLEASE READ ALL OF THE INFORMATION BELOW! We go over everything supplied in the home, frequently asked questions (Is there a grille?, Early check in/late check out, How far is the beach?), and recommended items to bring, does the fire place work? :)
We invite you to your home away from home this season. Our splendid apartment is located in a rather neighborhood set away from the main roads with tons of privacy while still having the luxury of being just a short walk to both the ocean and sound. The apartment is +/- 750 Sq.Ft and offers a master sized bedroom with a king sized bed, a full bathroom, an open floor plan living room with handsome sectional and 65 inch TV that offers Netflix, a full eat in kitchen, outdoor shower, and a private roof top deck with seating! This deck also has ocean vistas (please note that we are not ocean front but not far at all!).

Check In is at 4:00 PM. If the home becomes ready earlier we will message you the checkin info asap so you can checkin before 4:00 PM.
Check Out is at 10:00 AM. Unfortunately the cleaning company we use does not allow late checkouts we are so sorry!

How far is the beach?
The beach is just a few blocks from the home so it is definitely within walking distance, however, we always recommend driving as you do have to cross one busier street especially in the summer. There are numerous complimentary parking beach accesses within a two min. drive. Also, we provide two beach chairs and one beach umbrella so it is a bit easier to take everything to the beach via car!
Is There A Grille?
Unfortunately no. The Outer Banks can often times be windy and each year many people on the beach lose their homes due to grille related home fires. For this reason and safety reasons we do not have a grille at our home. :(

Does the fireplace work?
Unfortunately it does not we are so sorry for any inconvenience but we have to keep in disconnected to do the potential fire hazard it can cause.
Is there a washer/dryer?
This location does not have a washer/dryer but there is a cleaner just mins. away. We recommend dropping off clothes and picking them up at the cleaners for convince.

Are there any eateries within walking distance?
Trio Wine Bar is within walking distance of our home. It offers delicious food, amazing wine, beer, and cheese selection, and live music nightly! There are also many OBX well known eateries within a five min. drive from the home including: Barefoot Bernies, Black Pelican, and Hurricane Mos.
Do you have a tea pot?
Unfortunately No :/ But the Keurig can brew a cup of hot water for you to steep tea in!
This apartment is one of two in the same building. It is completely private to you and you will have your own private entrance on the top floor, and private roof top deck.
We are available to text, e-mail or call throughout the day with any issues or questions. We will communicate detailed description on how to get into the space and where to park after booking.
The neighborhood is extremely peaceful. All tons are around 15k - 20k sq.ft. so you have very nice spacing between homes. Its extremely comfortable and you will appreciate all of the natural lighting you get in the home.
All the basics are available a taxi, car, bicycle and even Uber.

About the Area
Located in Kitty Hawk, this apartment is by the sea. Glazin' Go-Nuts and Wright Brothers National Memorial are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Paradise Fun Park and Children at Play Museum. Professor Hacker's Lost Treasure Golf and Stop-N-Shop Beach Shop are also worth visiting. Jet skiing and kayaking offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with hiking/biking trails and cycling nearby.
