Unwind in the hot tub conveniently located on the bottom level right by the tiki bar.

Inside you'll find a Recreation room with a pool table, Queen Sleep Couch, poker/game table seating 6, full refrigerator and den with a flat-screen TV. King Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV, Queen Bedroom with flat-screen TV offering Roku access only and a full hallway bathroom. This unique home is like getting two homes in one. Because there aren't interior stairs to the bottom level, it is ideal as a teenage hangout or in-law getaway.

Top Level: Roomy great room with a sizable flat-screen TV, new furnishings and deck access to the back yard for ocean vistas. Linens and towels supplied at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are included. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.
