Beach access is just 75 steps away from your doorstep. The living room features a new electric fireplace that provides warmth and appeal, a Vizio intelligent TV, and soundbar. The master bedroom is also with a intelligent TV.
The townhome features two enormous bedrooms, each with their own private full bathroom. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and a spectacular private deck, while the second bedroom sleeps three with a bespoke twin-over queen bunk bed.
The living room has a hide-a-bed couch, cable TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi. The kitchen offers a breakfast bar with three stools and a dining room table that seats up to five people. The kitchen is well outfitted with glassware and dishes, silverware, pots and pans, bakeware, and all the gadgets you'd expect, such as a blender and an insta-pot. It also has an electric stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, ice maker, drip coffee maker, and a Keurig coffee maker.
We provide sheets and towels for all beds and bathrooms, as well as kitchen hand towels. Please bring your own beach towels. You can find a washer and dryer in the first-floor garage, along with a shower for when you return from the beach.
The garage also homes beach chairs, body boards, and beach toys for you to appreciate, and there are multiple bicycles available for you to ride on close by trails.
The Sea Dunes community offers a host of amenities, including a pool, hot tub, tennis courts, racquetball court, basketball court, game room, and exercise center. Please note that pool access is weather-limited, but it is generally open from the middle of May through the middle of October.

Our goal is to make your stay as memorable as possible. Cleanliness is also one of our top priorities. After each guest departs, our cleaning team thoroughly cleans the townhome in accordance with CDC guidelines to ensure it's ready for the next guest's arrival.
Other Notes:
This townhome has three floors and may not be ideal for the elderly or modest kids. The property has two parking spaces for guests, and the front door has keyless entry. The door code will be supplied before your check-in date. Check-in begins at 4 pm, and check-out is at 10 am.
