It is a unique destination on the famed Outer Banks of North Carolina and sits adjacent to a 700-acre nature preserve.

The resort is a campus style property. The units are separate from the welcome center and require you to walk or drive to the pool and lodge area.
- All rooms require entry by going up stairs.
- All Guest Suites along with the pool area are Non-Smoking.
- Please note that every attempt will be made to accommodate requests for suite location and early arrivals; however, these requests are based on availability and occupancy. Unfortunately, the resort is unable to guarantee room location.
- Minimum age requirement for check-in is 21 years of age.
- Animals are not allowed and stringently enforced with the exception of Service Animals.
Check in time will be at 4pm, check out time will be at 10am. All other arrangements to check in early or late check out, must be arranged with the resort directly, after we have confirmed your room.
When Checking In: A photo identification, credit card for a $100 returnable security deposit.
ADDITIONAL FEE S DUE AT CHECK IN: $26 per day resort fee.
Resort Fee Includes: Outdoor pool, indoor pool and waterpark, activity center, exercise center, lakeside lodge, paddle boats, fishing, nature trails, beach parking, tennis court, basketball court, bocce ball, playground, croquet, beach volleyball, and picnic areas.
A $100 returnable authorization is due at check in to cover incidentals, it will be released at check out.
A detailed confirmation letter with check in instructions, late arrival info, check in and out times, local info, everything you need will be sent via e-mail once you make your final payment on the reservation. If you pay in full, we ll send the confirmation letter right away.
