Our room is available for NON-SMOKERS ONLY...ALL CARPET HAS BEEN REMOVED AND NEW LUXURY FLOORING INSTALLED. Guests will feel right at home in this entirely furnished roomy bedroom with separate full bath and shower. This handsome room is located on the ground floor of our personal residence and is the ONLY room we have listed with Vacation Rental By Owner. Our master bedroom is located on the third floor and just the two of us live in this home. Guests enter through a private side door leading directly to the bedroom and bathroom. Ample complimentary parking adjacent to side door. The cavernous bedroom has a huge queen-sized bed comfortable for sleeping 2 people. The bedroom has an additional enormous closet with tons of shelving for all your vacation necessities, ceiling fan/light, mini refrigerator, microwave and Cuisinart coffee maker with all the condiments. We have FIRESTICK TV, HIGHSPEED WIFI, books, games, two bicycles and one surfboard. The property is just mins. away from the sound, ocean and all the best attractions and guests are sure to get a true Outer Banks experience. This room is located in a 3200 square foot all brick bespoke constructed home located on one acre of land in the Kitty Hawk Maritime Forest. Week days are an opportune time to visit the Outer Banks and avoid the weekend traffic.
