Time to tee it up at SURF PAR-TEE! This opulent home features both ocean and fairway vistas and is located in the gorgeous community of Sea Scape in Kitty Hawk.

Recently upgraded in 2022 and 2023, this home features a gourmet kitchen with chef’s island, new pool chaise lounges, stainless steel appliances (2 microwaves, 2 stoves and 2 dishwashers), a roomy breakfast bar with seating for 3, a humongous dining table with seating for 10, new couch, new Adirondack chairs (top floor) and impressive decking overlooking the pool and also the fairway!

The 3 master suites are roomy and the enormous master has a guest safe. There is also a reading nook overlooking the fairway.

In the recreation room you’ll find a kitchenette including a full size refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. You’ll appreciate the pool table, Wii with a variety of games. There are even an assortment of videos for late nighttime movie watching. A bespoke ping pong table and air hockey table await you in the completely finished garage.

Outside savor the splendor of a giant 32 foot by 14 foot pool and an 8 person hot tub. There is also a gas grille and enclosed outside shower. The family will have the time of their lives playing water volleyball in the pool or even a competitive game of basketball out front!

Dogs allowed however no Rottweilers or other aggressive dogs please!
