Shugafoot or Shugyfoot, nickname grandma gave us.
Upon your arrival at Shugafoot you will notice an refreshed kitchen and living area with spectacular oceanfront vistas. The back porch provides shelter from rain with an adjacent sundeck and bench. The back oceanview porch/deck spans the entire length of the bungalow. Elegant sunrises, peaceful view. Dolphins commonly swim by. Great location with many eateries close by or appreciate a nice dinner at Shugafoot with a outfitted kitchen. A gas grille is located in the driveway. All bedrooms have oceanviews. Master has a King with a new bed and box spring with a single stack washer and dryer in the closet, the 2nd bedroom is a Queen with a new bed and 3rd bedroom has twin beds. The storage room below has a modest collection of beach toys, beach chairs and umbrella.
Parking for 2-3 cars in driveway. Dogs are welcome, dog gates have been added to allow your family pets to savor the ocean-breeze on the shaded porch.
