***Private home with convenient CENTRAL location for visiting sites to the north (Duck, Corolla and off road north beaches) OR south (Wright Brothers, Nags Head, Lost Colony and sound/sea excursions).***


CUSTOM OCEANFRONT HOME with hexagonal open ceiling (cypress) in main home area with vistas of the ocean from the great room with adjoining dining area. The well equipped kitchen provides plenty of space to create meals and orchestrate morning coffee (drip coffee maker & Keurig).***


THE MAIN UPPER LEVEL is accessible from either the lower level entrance off the driveway carport or from the upstairs front porch to the home's entryway.*** An outside ramped walkway (NOTE: not ADA compliant due to steep slope) from the front of the home to the ocean side (back) of the property provides direct access to the dune top deck and to the upstairs main living area of the home and oceanfront deck, WITHOUT ANY STEPS. This has been useful to guests who have difficulty with steps and also for aging four footed furry family members!***


MAIN LEVEL LAUNDRY AREA is supplied with all the linens you will need for your visit (100% cotton sheets for all beds, bath towels & BEACH TOWELS).***


DECKS, HOME AND DUNE, provide expansive vistas and multiple sitting areas to appreciate the 360 degree vista.
