Home is like new, 2412 sq feet, and immaculately cared for, never rented prior to April 2021! Lots of shaded area under the home to park or sit and appreciate the salty air!
Outdoor table and chairs located under the home, in the backyard and on the upper deck of home! Outdoor shower ideal for rinsing off when returning from the beach! Enter at ground level to a full size refrigerator and freezer! Go up one level to the biggest master bedroom suite facing the ocean with it's own private balcony, enormous tub and separate shower/toilet room all attached to this master suite! The second king bedroom is also located on this level and faces the backyard with an attached bathroom with shower/tub combo. Washer and dryer is also located on this level! Go up one more level to the third master suite similar to the second king bedroom. All bedrooms have TVs! Also, on this top level is the living, dining, and full size roomy kitchen with more vistas of the ocean in the distance and another balcony with table/chairs and gliders!
