Inside, vaulted ceilings, wood floors, and new furnishings give Sweet Carolina a roomy and opulent feel. Take in the vistas from the mid-level living area, boasting deck access, a wet bar, and a huge flat-screen TV, ideal for movie nighttime. The enormous kitchen offers amenities such as an ice maker, a wine refrigerator, a Keurig, and an Instapot. The dining area, with seating for 8, is located just off the kitchen and also offers deck access with ocean and community pool vistas.
The loft area is the ideal hang-out spot, complete with a futon, sizable flat-screen TV, wet bar with mini-refrigerator, and private sun deck with ocean vistas overlooking the community pool. All 3 of the bedrooms, located on the ground level, offer flat-screen TVs. The king en suite is complete with a Jacuzzi tub and private entry with shaded deck access to the hot tub. The queen bedroom and the bedroom with 2 doubles are connected by a full Jack and Jill bath. The washer and dryer are located on this level as well, making laundry a breeze.
Just steps to the beach and the Kitty Hawk Pier, Sweet Carolina is also just a short walk across the street to dining at Southern Shores Pizza, BLVD Ice Cream Co., Steamers Restaurant, family-fun at OB-Xscape Rooms, shopping at Sojourn, and more!
To the north, you will find the trendy village of Duck, full of good shopping and dining. Even further north you will find the historic area of Corolla, most well known for their restored lighthouse and wild roaming Spanish Mustangs believed to have arrived here as early as the 1500s. To the south, you have Jockey’s Ridge State Park, home to the world’s biggest hang-gliding school, and even more history with the Wright Brothers National Monument, the birthplace of flight.
