This comfortable bungalow is the ideal beach hideaway and has everything you need for a great family vacation. You and your family will savor an simple walk to the beach with access through the private neighborhood path (less than 2 min. walk). OBX Beach Paradise is located on a peaceful street and features a private 10x20 pool, hot tub, and recreation area for fun in the evenings with ping pong and a foosball table.
Our roomy floor plan includes two living rooms and a bright sunny kitchen with plenty of seating for the entire family.
Unwind with your morning cup of coffee in the screened porch or sun deck. Spend your days sunbathing by the private pool or splashing around with the kids at the beach. Soak your anxiety away under the stars in the bubbling hot tub. Appreciate cooking your meals out on our charcoal grille by the pool or preparing them in the well outfitted kitchen. Ground Level: Enclosed outside shower, pool, hot tub, game room with TV, foosball, ping pong, and washer/dryer.
Top Level: Screened Porch, living room with flat screen Intelligent TV and DVD player. Main King master bedroom includes slider to screen porch, Intelligent TV, private bathroom. Second master bedroom with Queen, Pyramid Bunk, full bathroom and Intelligent TV. Third bedroom with Pyramid Bunk, Twin Bunk beds, and Intelligent TV, full hall bathroom. Second living room with Intelligent TV. Kitchen and dining area, Sun deck over the pool area. Ceiling fans in every room.
Linens: Comforters, pillows, bath mats, and kitchen towels are supplied. You provide your own linens (sheets, pillowcases, shower and beach towels) or they can be rented through a local company. Recommendations can be included. We can also arrange linen delivery for an additional fee of $250 for sheets and bath towels or $300 for sheets, bath towels and beach towels. This is not a selectable option in the booking system as it will cause the Vacation Rental By Owner Service fee to increase as well. Please e-mail us with this request after or during the booking process.
