Step outside on your private deck for a magnificent view of the Atlantic any time of day. This townhome offers a prime location, just a short walk away from the beach, unique local stores and eateries. Comfort and functionality are what you'll find at Sea Dunes.

This two bedroom townhome offers two living levels and a ground level with a garage, laundry area and convenient shower. The top level includes an open great room with a living area, dining table with seating for six and a comfortable kitchen area. A Step outside onto the top floor deck for a charming ocean view. Downstairs you'll find a King master bedroom with its own en suite and a Queen bedroom with hall bath. The King master bedroom is a roomy suite with its own private bath with a soaking tub.

This level also includes deck access to the shaded covered porch. Grab a good book and curl up in the hammock swing outside. The kids and kids at heart will adore playing at the community Club House featuring a racquet ball court, rec room, ping-pong table, air hockey table and arcade games. A huge community pool and tennis courts are centrally located for additional entertainment. Sea Dunes' ocean vistas, closeness to the beach and phenomenal community amenities make it a terrific spot for your family's simple oceanside vacation.

Located in Kitty Hawk, this condo is near the beach. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of desirable homes. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Kitty Hawk vacation!
