*”Duck Inn is located .4 miles from the Village commercial district with world class, dining, shopping, and Duck Sound Side Boardwalk that connects Duck Park and access to stores, eateries, and attractions. Appreciate Sea Hawk Property Owner amenities we have newly added by acquiring the wooded lot behind our home which includes beach access just 700 yards away. This is a 9 min. walk, 4 min. bicycle ride, or 2 min. drive with plenty of parking. There is also a sound front Deck on Sea Hawk where you can appreciate sunsets over the Currituck sound.
*If you have more than 18 people for the booking of the property, there will be an additional fee charged per person of $200 by permission.

The guest stated under the reservation contract is the only person that may respond to any inquiries or payments. Any person who is not listed under the reservation contract or who's name is not listed for the booking itself must state/sign off their full name on any inquiry through the Vacation Rental By Owner Platform so that there is clear communication of who we are speaking with.

When Booking the Home: You Must Please Provide a Copy of Your Driver's License / ID CARD with the Rental Agreement House Rules Signed and Acknowledged by you , the primary renter list all guests name/age/ staying at the home ,also any pet or family pets name/ age/ breed even if it is a short term / partial stay.

Den with couch, adore seat, chair, desk, TV/DVD, CF & Recroom with billiards table, bench, wet bar, full size refrigerator & sliding glass doors leading to the 6ft privacy fenced in backyard featuring an in-ground concrete pool offering a concrete patio around entire pool with patio furnishings tables, chairs, bar stools and lounge chairs. Outdoor gas fire pit, year round hot tub, outdoor bar, corn hole, charcoal grille & gas grille. There is a gas grille with a tank that can be exchanged out for use.

Upon departure, please place the dirty linens (NOT comforters, bed pads or pillows) inside the black box they are delivered in, and where it was originally placed when delivered.
Please do not put the black box on the second floor deck near the front door, it must remain on the ground.
