With ample spaces for gathering, a private swimming getaway, and three broad decks, this abode is ideal for any group, family excursion or a remote workspace hangout. Elevate your stay with the convenience of a home elevator, ensuring accessibility at every level.

Your adventure begins on the top floor, a sunlit haven adorned with multiple sets of French doors that beckon you to step onto the deck. The interior exudes a bright, modern ambiance with modren furnishings that infuse the space with an airy and inviting ambiance. Culinary enthusiasts will revel in the completely equipped, modern kitchen boasting ample cabinet space, gleaming quartz countertops, and a complete suite of stainless-steel appliances, including an induction cooktop with double oven. The cavernous dining area accommodates all, or you can opt for alfresco dining on the deck. Adjacent to the gas fireplace, a wine refrigerator awaits your favorite bottle for a late-nighttime toast while you gather in the living room to stream your favorite shows.

The lower level of this abode offers additional communal living space and a convenient kitchenette to ensure you don't have to ascend the stairs for snacks. Here, comfortable couch seating, an upsized intelligent TV, and a multi-cade arcade game beckon for hours of entertainment, as well as a pool table and shuffleboard which promises a friendly challenge.

One of the bedrooms on the lower level can also be used as an office and comes complete with an electric standing desk with enough room for all your monitors and desktop items as well as an ergonomic office chair.

The indoor getaway extends to seven generously appointed bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom and intelligent TV for streaming enjoyment. Several of the bedrooms, including the master suite on the top level, boast direct access to deck space.

The exterior spaces rival the grandeur of the interiors. Spread out across three decks or claim a chaise lounge by your private waterfront pool. As the evening descends, fire up the gas grille for a simple dinner, then luxuriate beneath the stars in your private hot tub. If you're tempted to discover further, choose from three adult bicycles at your disposal and venture onto the Wright Brothers All-Purpose Trail, conveniently located just behind the property. Additional amenities include an outdoor shower, an electric car charger, beach tent, beach umbrella, books, games, DVDs and all the supplies you need for your furry friends including beds, crates, toys, bowls, leashes and waste bags.

There is currently construction taking place on the property next door. Work is only performed between 7am and 7pm. Estimated completion is Summer 2025 but this could change. Any updates will be communicated as we are made aware.

There is a community pier behind the yard to the left.

These dates are weather dependent and subject to change. Pool heat can usually get the temperature to 20F above the ambient outdoor temperature. No guarantees will be made in regards to water temperature during stays.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Given the climate, proximity to water and humidity in the Outer Banks it is normal , on occasion, to encounter palmetto/water bugs inside and outside the property. Please note that the property is regularly treated both inside and out for the prevention of these bugs using pet safe treatments.

Located in Kitty Hawk, this vacation home is on the waterfront. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Outer Banks Beaches and Kitty Hawk Woods Reserve, while Glazin' Go-Nuts and Wright Brothers National Memorial are cultural highlights. Traveling with kids?
