Beach access is just 50 steps away and you'll be on the beach! POOL?? - Of Course! We have that, too - the 20' x 40' pool is certain to be an added additional to your vacation (for registered guests only). Savor the fantastic view of the ocean and the pool from the covered observation tower or the screen-enclosed porch - both have constructed-in picnic tables for 'dining out' and just appreciating your time of relaxation. This home has Central Air/Heat throughout PLUS all rooms have ceiling fans. UPSTAIRS: features a King Bedroom Suite with TV, DVD; 1-1/2 baths; a completely-equipted kitchen; living room with couch and appreciate seat. DOWNSTAIRS: there are 3 bedrooms: 1 Queen, 2 twin beds and bunk beds; a TV room with DVD/VCR, couch and appreciate seat; a full bath; and a utility area with washer, dryer, iron, & ironing board. (Seriously, does anyone really iron while on vacation???) Enclosed outside shower plus a hose on front of home for a fast 'foot-wash' coming back from the beach and for keeping the bay-windows hosed off to enable the best view of the ocean, etc. WI-FI for your convenience. Paved parking area. We have a Grayco Pack-N-Play for the little one. Weekly units from Sunday 4PM to Sunday 10AM. Linens not supplied but available locally from rental companies.
