This gorgeous all-residential neighborhood features a multi-use path ideal for walking, running and cycling. The Windgrass Circle Park is located just a five-min. walk from the home and offers sound access for launching kayaks and paddleboards.

Flyin' High is located at Milepost 5 just north of the Kitty Hawk/Kill Devil Hills border, which means you'll be just mins. from the best both towns have to offer. Nearby eateries include Trio, Henry's and Two Roads Tavern. The Town of Kitty Hawk's Regional Public Beach access is just a mile away and provides complimentary parking, bathrooms and showers for a full day of fun in the sun.
