After just one trip to the Outer Banks, Denna's Favorite Place will be the home you tell all your friends and family about! This 4-bed 2-bath bungalow sits right on the Sea Scape Golf Links golf course in Kitty Hawk featuring modern amenities and wide, broad decks for calming around and soaking in the ocean breeze. When you're ready to hit the beach, simply walk over to the E. Wilkins St. beach access or the E. Eckner St. beach access, both just 0.4-miles (less than a 10-min. walk) away!

The double-wide driveway with a carport beneath the home accepts parking for 4 cars effortlessly plus space for beach gear, golf carts, and more! A utility room with a laundry area can also be found on the ground floor. Enter through the main entryway on the middle level which leads you to three roomy bedrooms and a full semi-private hallway bathroom. You'll get a good nighttime's rest in the charmingly decorated Queen Bedroom or the bedroom with a comfortable Full/Double bed. The kids in your group will appreciate the third bedroom with 2 Twins. Outside, wrap-around covered decking makes it painless to gaze out towards the ocean or the golf course while staying in the shade on those hot sunny days.

For a fast lunch, stop by Art's Place to appreciate a great burger. For dinner, Bad Bean Baja Grille offers fresh seafood with a spicy flare, Barefoot Bernie's Tropical Grille & Bar has standard bar fare and tropical-themed dishes, Black Pelican offers fine seafood dining, and to sample a little bit of everything, visit Jimmy's Seafood Buffet! Although you don't have to be an avid Golfer to enjoy the location, the Sea Scape Golf Links golf course is a great way to spend an afternoon under the sun.
